Hereford Memorials welcome the challenge of the restoration of existing memorials
It can be easy to think that you need to purchase a new memorial because an existing one has
become weathered and worn.
As the photos here show, we can transform the most tired looking memorials to become something
truly beautiful again.
If an older memorial is deemed unsafe by a cemetery or churchyard, it will either have a notice attached to it instructing you it is unsafe or in some cases it will be laid flat on the ground.
These memorials would then need to be fitted with an anchor system to the NAMM or BRAMM approved Code of Practice, now mandatory in most council owned cemeteries and Church of England churchyards.
Richard did a renovation on my grandparent’s gravestone. It was very tired and in need of a very good clean. He did an excellent, professional job.
